The Tower that Reached Heaven : A legend from Tibet

Far away in Tibet, there's a country called the land of Sekkim. In that land there was a farmer named Wu. farmer Wu had many little pigs and he loved his pigs very much. One day, there was a strong wind and farmer Wu's little pigs ran away. Farmer Wu went out to look for them. For many days and many weeks he climbed mountains. He wandered so far that one day he found himself in heaven. Farmer Wu was delighted to see the beautiful heaven. He saw lovely green hills and many little pigs running about. Farmer Wu was sure that some of them were his own pigs that run away. he was so happy that he begged to stay there forever and ever.
"No, you're not yet ready to stay in heaven," the people in heaven replied. "You must go back to Earth for a few years more." Farmer Wu went back to Earth. When he reached his country, he told the people of Sekkim about heaven, with many little pigs running freely about. The people of Sekkim decided to build a tower to reach to heaven. "We can climb our tower to reach to heaven. We don't have to climb mountains," they said. every man in the land of sekkim built the tower. they built the tower one storey on top of another, and they got nearer and nearer to heaven. after one storey was completed, they left one man of the land of Sekkim to guard it.
Finally, after two long years of hard work, their tower was very close to heaven. they needed only one more storey to touch heaven. but the men of Sekkim became impatient. "if we had big hooks, we could easily pull ourselves up to heaven without building the last storey," they said to each other. everybody agreed. so the man at the top called out the man on the storey below him, "send us hooks!" and so on, from storey to storey, the men called down te the people of the land of Sekkim. but a very sad thing happened. the message was repeated so many time that it became wrong. when it finally reached the bottom, the message had changed in to a call that sounded like, "cut us down!"
When the men heard that message, they started to cut down the tower with their stone axes. the tower crashed down on the ground. and until now, far away on the western border of tibet, there is a green spot deep in the middle of the valley. and the people say, "that spot is the place where the Tower of Sekkim fell down. The Tower of Sekkim almost reached the country called heaven, where the hills are green and many little pigs run about."
